This compact inner-city courtyard has been thoughtfully transformed with a subtle heritage upgrade. We reconfigured the layout to create a simplified, highly functional terrace wrapped in the client’s favourite edible plantings bringing softness, colour, and purpose to the space.

The original villa courtyard felt enclosed and damp, but with new honed paving, considered lighting, and beautifully recycled brick walls, the area now feels bright, clean, and elevated. The result is a character-rich, contemporary courtyard that honours the home’s history while offering a far more inviting and useable outdoor retreat.
